Return policy and right of withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law you can withdraw from an online order within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods.

Exceptions — items made to an individual specification (custom 3-D printing), unless there is a manufacturing defect. For such goods the right of withdrawal does not apply (§12(6) of the Law).

2. Return procedure

• Email support@best3d.eu, include the order number and reason for return.
• Wait for confirmation and an RMA number.
• Pack the item, include a copy of the receipt, and send to Firsa Sadovņikova iela 39, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia.

3. Return shipping costs

• Standard item — paid by the customer.
• Defective or wrongly shipped item — paid by the company.

4. Refunds

After receipt and inspection we refund via the original payment method within 5 business days. If damaged or incomplete, the amount may be reduced proportionally.

5. Use, wear and breakage

3D-printed parts (especially resin and plastic parts) can break during use or wear over time. Breakage caused by use, load, impact, or normal wear is not refundable. We may review clear manufacturing defects or wrong-item/shipping issues case by case.
